Certain products sold through the Website are intended primarily for overall refinishing rather than spot repair.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular product is appropriate for your intended application.
Purchasing paint based solely on a digital representation, color name, factory paint code, photograph, or online display does not constitute a guarantee of an exact physical color match.
Where available, we recommend testing a product on an appropriate test panel or sample before beginning a complete project.
5. Product Application and Safety
Automotive paints, coatings, reducers, activators, hardeners, solvents, primers, clears, aerosols, and related products may contain chemicals that require proper handling and application.
You are solely responsible for:

- Reading and following applicable Safety Data Sheets (“SDS”).
- Following manufacturer instructions and recommended mixing ratios.
- Using appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Providing appropriate ventilation.
- Using appropriate application equipment.
- Following applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Determining whether a product is suitable for your intended use.
- Properly storing and disposing of products and containers.
Do not use any product in a manner inconsistent with its label, SDS, manufacturer's instructions, or applicable law.
Auto Paint HQ does not provide legal, regulatory, occupational-safety, or professional environmental advice.
If you are uncertain whether a product is appropriate or safe for a particular application, consult the product manufacturer, a qualified professional, or the applicable SDS before use.
6. Professional Use
Some products offered through the Website are intended for use by individuals with appropriate automotive refinishing experience or by trained professionals.
You are responsible for ensuring that you, your employees, contractors, or other users have the appropriate knowledge, training, equipment, facilities, and safety procedures necessary to use the products you purchase.
Auto Paint HQ is not responsible for damage, injury, property loss, poor results, or other consequences resulting from improper preparation, mixing, application, storage, handling, or use of products.
7. Orders

Because certain paint products are custom mixed or prepared specifically for an individual order, mixed paint colors in quarts, gallons, or aerosols may not be eligible for return.
Sample Speed Shapes and other products identified as non-returnable on the Website are also excluded from returns where stated.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee as described in our Return Policy.

Automotive refinishing results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
Auto Paint HQ is not responsible for problems resulting from:

- Incorrect mixing ratios
- Incorrect reducer or activator selection
- Incorrect application technique
- Incompatible products
- Improper spray equipment settings
- Environmental conditions
- Temperature or humidity
- Contamination
- Improper curing
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Failure to follow the applicable SDS
- Use of products outside their intended purpose
- Color variations or color-match expectations
